2. Splash Screen
Only on successful download of master data it navigates automatically to Enumerator Authentication screen.

3. Enumerator Authentication Screen
Enter Enumerator Aadhaar Number and tap on Authenticate button on successful authentication of enumerator Aadhaar number it navigates to Device list screen

4. Device List Screen
Tap on the Type of Biometric Device

5. USB Device Alert
Select “Use by default for this USB device” option and Tap on OK

6. Biometric Screen
Select Index, Tap on Capture Button and place finger on Biometric Device
tap on Proceed Button for verification.
Upon Successful verification of finger print or irish it navigates to select area model view.

7. Select Area Model View
Select the Area Check box from the list and Tap on Submit Button it navigates to welcome screen

8. WELCOME SCREEN
The Address is Prefilled based on the block selected. Scroll Down to capture household data for Capturing GPS

9. WELCOME SCREEN
• Tap on Capture GPS button. It Automatically “Capture GPS” .
• Tap on “Capture House Image” it launches device camera to capture the house image.
• All the fields are mandatory and capture the information for every field.

10. WELCOME SCREEN
After filling all mandatory fields Tap on SUBMIT Button

Tap on ADD HOUSEHOLD DATA
button it navigates to HOUEHOLD DETAILS screen (1 of 3)

Capture Data for all fields and tap on NEXT button It Navigates to HOUSEHOLD Details Screen (2 of 3)

House hold data is captured the button color turns to green and not allowed to edit it again.

15. Member Availability MODEL VIEW
When tap on member aadhaar number button it shows the member availability form model view.

16. Device List Screen
Tap on the Type of Biometric Device

17. USB Device Alert
Select “Use by default for this USB device” option and Tap on OK

18. Biometric Screen
Select Index, Tap on Capture Button and place finger on Biometric Device
Upon Successful verification of finger print or irish it navigates to Member Details Screen model view.

19. ADD MEMBER MODEL VIEW
After successful member eKYC tap on Continue Button
Screen navigates to personal details screen

20. Member Details Screen
The Member Details along with member image as per Aadhaar will be Displayed.
For all the prefilled data the labels turned into green.

21. Mobile Number ,E-Mail Details Section
Enter Mobile number and Id Tap on Save Button.
The Mobile number and Details Section turn to green color.

22. General Details Section
Capture all the data and scroll down

Capture all data and tap on Save
Button.
The General Details Section turn to green color.

24. Education Details Section
Capture Education Details and tap on Save button.
The Education Details Section turn to green color.

25. Employment and Occupation Details Section
Capture Employment and Occupation Details and tap on Save button The Employment and Occupation Details Section turn to green color.

26. Bank Details Section
Capture Bank Details and tap on
Save button
•The Bank Details Section turn to green color.
•Check Agreed checkbox Tap on
Preview Button .
•Preview Model View is displayed

27. Household Loan Details Section
• Capture Add Household Loan and tap on
Save button
• The Household Loan Section turn to green color.

28. Mapped Scheme Details Section
• Capture Mapped Scheme Details and tap on
Save button
• The Mapped Scheme Details Section turn to green color.
• Check Agreed checkbox Tap on Preview Button .
• Preview Model View is displayed

30. Preview Model View
Tap on Submit Button upon successful it navigates to 3 of 3 screen with displayed toast message like “Data Inserted Successfully”

31. Tap on “ADD MEMBER” button add member model view is displayed
Enter aadhaar number and tap on “SUBMIT” button
Member added to family members details table

32. FAMILY DETAILS SCREEN (3 of 3)
Take Head of family Consent when it successful “HEAD OF FAMILY CONSENT” button turns to green color.

33. FAMILY DETAILS SCREEN (3 of3)
When we tap on “WITNESS CONSENT” button, “Select member” modal view will populate with list of family members

After successful Authentication of Witness “WITNESS CONSENT “ button turns to green color
Note:
To Submit the Household data, capturing Witness Consent is mandatory.

35. FAMILY DETAILS SCREEN (3 of3)
Take “ENUMERATOR CONSENT”, After successful authentication of Enumerator, It navigates to “Select Area “ Model View to proceed with another household.
