Safety precautions while working with electricity.
First aid helpline .
Accident search with ID or with date.
Accident search with zone/section wise.
Accidents within 6 months is populated in the login page of AE.
Legislation menu is enriched with Supply ACT, Supply code and Electricity.

Help menu for software usage and updations.
Reports- as per category selected.
Reports- on accident statistics.
Reports are available in pdf, excel and in HTML.
Download will be available in production server timely.

Provision for entering safety tools for section office.
Safety tools monitoring and reports.
Accidents at any place are visibile to all for safety measures and for further action.
Corporate offices are given certain previlages.

Site mahasar of any sections can be downloaded and be viewed independant of login.
Work flow as per hierrachy.
Hierarchy level tools reporting is provided.
Remarks of all safety officers under hierarchy.

Defect points- to enter accident-prone for rectification

Distribution officers are the end users of this software.
Submission by AE.
Copy to inspectorate.
Submission by Safety officer AEE with remarks.
Submission by Safety officer is forwarded to EE with remarks.
Submission by EE to safety coordinator with remarks.
Submission by safety coordinator to safety laison officer with remarks.
Copy to Chief Electrical inspectorate.
Copy to safety commissioner in corporte office.

10. SMART- accident reporting
Login with Employee code as user id and HRIS password.
User name will be displayed in top left side of landing page
landing page displays accidents of all sections for the six months
Select time, type of installation, District, taluk, and cause of accidents. (std causes)
Form A & B ( form issued by AE after an accident) will be generated
( It has two parts 1. basic details 2. detailed reporting.)
Delete option may be updated.
The ‘remarks’ are not visible before submission.
Edit forAE is allowed before submission by AEE.
Site mahasor and postmortem reports can be uploaded.
Downloding form A &B is allowed for all.

The provision for entering and editing Tools are given to AE/AEE.
The screen is displayed with tools in actual/required.
Hierarchial reporting and monitoring may be provided.
The requirement may varies with number of staff & contract employees.
Provision for entering tools damaged/unusable are not added at present which may be initiated after proper T&P asset tracking.
Care should be taken to enter only usable items at present.

24. SMART- Defect point reporting
Defect point reporting can be done by AE/AEE.
Time span, Priority, Location and Description must be provided.
Image can also be uploaded.
Provision for reporting to EE and Safety coordinator may be updated.
Editing is allowed for AE.
If the AE under login, the defets points are editable which are displayed in the reporting screen.
The activities can be monitored by EE and other superiors in hierarchial reporting screen

27. FAQ Definition of FATAL ?
If death occurs to the victim after accident ( both human or animal) the accident would be decribed as ‘FATAL’.

Is the remarks of accident reporting by subordinates are visible to superiors?
As per the instruction of safety wing , this may be kept undisclosed till next submission in hierarchy.
Is editing by AE is possible after submission done by AEE ?
Some basic needs can be edited.
Is the hierarchial reporting are given to corporate officers?
Yes.
