3. SysAid Install NON-HIT machines HIT managed machines
All Customers can click Start-Run and type in:
LOAD SYSAID
Press Enter/Click Run
NON-HIT machines
Contact your IT Support staff to install on academic machines
Contact School of Medicine IT to let them know you need it: (29)7-7223

4. SysAid for the Customers
Double Click the SysAid Icon on your desktop/in your applications folder (Password not required when using the desktop shortcut)
Alternate: Go to and login with your Eservices username and password.

Choose Category for your request. (First drop down – OneHR)
Fill in other fields

7. SysAid for the Customers
You receive with a request number.
You will receive notifications when OneHR staff works on your request.
communication through SysAid becomes part of your request.
You have visibility into what is being done with your request… On the main page you may view your service history

8. SysAid for the Customers
You can review, add notes and attachments to your active tickets.
You can manipulate filters on the column headers to view the data in any format you like. You can also export your jobs to pdf or excel.
