2 Project Initiation Phase The Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR) has undertaken e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project(e-Panchayat MMP) with a view to introduce and strengthen e-Governance in Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) across the country. Rural Development Department Govt. Of Maharashtra Initiated Epanchayat Project In Financial Year 2011-12 The project is named as as SANGRAM – (Sanganikiya Gramin Maharashtra) In this program each Panchayati Raj Institution (PRI) is to be computerized and working in online mode on Panchayat Enterprise Suit (PES- 11 Software applications related to PRI work) in order to bring transparency & standardization of operations As per Govt. decision (GR) as on 26 th & 30 th April 2011 & instruction given by Government, project was inaugurated on 1 st May 2011.

3 The Uniform ICT Infrastructure Across PRIs. Maharashtra has been inculcating uniform ICT culture across the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs). Each Grampanchayat in Maharashtra is having a Computer, All in one Printer, Web Camera, biometric device for Financial Inclusion Services Ups and MS Office. 4 ePanchayat – Rural Entrepreneurship Large employment generation at the rural level has achieved of which 20% are Women entrepreneurs. Maharashtra is building Village Level Entrepreneurship model and providing opportunity to the Village Level Candidates called Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE). Currently 25000 VLEs are operational at different PRI level in Maharashtra. These VLEs are paid fixed income every month as well enabled to earn commissions on different services they provide at village level. To implement & supervise the ePanchayat project - Qualified & Experienced persons are appointed at each State Head Office, Division, District, Block Panchayat and Grampanchayat Office.

5 ePanchayat – Training and Capacity Building Maharashtra has utilized the train the trainer model for application trainings In order to keep sound technical knowledge and capacity building of all application a continuous training is provided to VLE’s through defined training calendar, which is tracked online.training calendar To expedite the training process e-Learning Management System (http://lms.Sangram.co.in) has been introduced in Maharashtra. This will enable the learning content available all the time and support Continuous Traininghttp://lms.Sangram.co.in Online PDF manuals and printed copy of the manuals are made available for expedited learning of VLE’s during their training period.

Till Date 2014-15, 214,91,806 Data entered in Area Profiler Application 3 Local Government Directory This Application was in training phase in the inception year of e- Panchayat 89% mapping of Local Government Directory (Old Version) 100% mapping of Local Government Directory (New Version). Till date 44329 wards mapping data entry has been completed. Data Filtration. LGD Updation and 100% mapping of Village Panchayats have been Completed. New District Palghar is Added in All PRI Applications 4 National Panchayat portal This Application was in training phase in the inception year of e- Panchayat Overall 99% Data entered in National Panchayat Portal(Old Version) Application has been changed in 2013. Maharashtra has not adopted data porting of old version. In new application 28275 URL's registered for ePRI institute in Maharashtra. New template has been designed for 3 level - ZP,PS and GP. Till Date 7,63,561 Contents have been Uploaded in National Panchayat Portal (New Version) 28275 URL's are live for PRI’s. Till Date 1,59,6791 Contents have been Uploaded in National Panchayat Portal 5Plan Plus In BRGF districts - Plan Plus implemented successfully. 8331 Plans entered successfully. In BRGF districts implemented successfully. 9331 Plans entered successfully. All 33 Districts have Adopted Plan Plus. 15454 Plans have been entered in FY 2013- 2014. All 33 Districts have Adopted Plan Plus. Till Date 13023 Plans have been entered in FY 2014-2015. MOPR Applications Phased Implementation

Training of Asset Directory was completed in Dec. 2012. Data entry begun in Jan 2013. Till March end 1,32,000 asset creation data entered. 7299094 Lakhs Movable and Immovable assets recorded in 2013-14 to Till Date. Till Date 11443319 Movable and Immovable assets recorded in 2014-15. 7Action Soft This Application was in training phase in the inception year of SANGRAM 27977 Works have been created in FY 2013-2014. 16611 Works have been created in FY 2014-15 8 Training Management Training information collected in specified format. Application was under development stage. Training Management: Training conducted in 33 Zilla Parishad and 351 Panchayat Samitee training 33 Districts have initiated data entry of trainings conducted in their respective districts. 550 Trainings have Been Conducted PRI’s on Training Portal. Social audit process has recently started. Using this application to organize Gramsabha, Masiksabha & Mahilasabha. Gramsabha, General Body Meeting and Mahila Sabha Details are being recorded in SAMM Application. Till Date 191283 Activities recorded at Village Panchayat Level. 10 Service Plus This Application was in training phase in the inception year of SANGRAM 19 Services has been configured in Service Plus application. Application is launched in all 33 districts of Maharashtra. Till Date 250850 Services are Delivered by Village Panchayats of Maharashtra. MOPR Applications Phased Implementation

Rural Development& Panchayati Raj Department, Maharashtra received the 2 nd Prize from Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government Of India for successful implementation PRIA Soft project in Year 2010-11. Maharashtra has been considered for recognition as a Model state by MOPR for the Implementation of PES. Maharashtra he bagged First Prize for implementing PES in 2013-14. Rewards And Recognition
