6 6 Loan Servicing & Collections This servicing utility supports all lending businesses by providing loan servicing, document management, collateral mgt, FDIC support, collections and recovery activities. Financial Crimes & Fraud The Financial Crimes & Fraud Management Group administers physical security and protects customers, shareholders and employees from financial crimes and fraud by establishing capabilities to protect the Bank from global, sophisticated financial crimes. Commercial & Payment Operations Commercial Bank Operations and Payments supports both Corporate & Specialty Banking, as well as Regional Banking. This team handles all loan originations, real estate lending, support services and payment operations. Retail Bank Operations Retail Bank Operations supports all retail products and Stores by performing key functions such as: account opening; deposit account maintenance; mortgage and home equity originations; retail underwriting, TD Ameritrade deposits; debit operations and distribution services. Strategy & Operational Excellence Dodd-Frank Program Management The Dodd-Frank Program Management team supports our Finance and Risk businesses and is responsible to provide leadership and program execution for the implementation of all Dodd Frank initiatives. Strategic Initiatives This team is responsible for governing TD Bank’s project portfolio investments, as well as the delivery of bank-wide, complex and high-risk strategic programs. In addition, the team deploys leading practices for project management and business analysis. Real Estate Real Estate is responsible for all of the U.S. based corporate and retail spaces. This includes the design & architecture activities for all new Stores as well as facility maintenance for all properties. Strategy & Operational Excellence is a Center of Excellence focused on applying discipline and capabilities to accelerate Shared Services journey to being Legendary. S&OE supports Shared Services business partners by managing change, identifying and managing risk, optimizing business processes, and utilizing tools, techniques and expertise that enhance shareholder value and Customer and Employee experiences.
