30 Customers meetings We met to discuss documentation improvements with nine companies in 2008, including customers attending the IBM European WebSphere Portal Customer Community in June. Seven of these meetings were conducted by the WebSphere Portal Information Development team in Boeblingen, Germany. Working with software engineers and lab services personnel, our student interns in the Boeblingen lab researched customer needs for product information in a variety of sources and media and interviewed customers. Their analysis report will help us improve future releases of WebSphere Portal documentation. Several customers are in queue, waiting for us to meet with them.
