5. 5 GovDelivery: Overview and Updates Overview: How much does EERE use GovDelivery? Current Challenges GovDelivery Template Update (And How You Can Help!)

6. 6 GovDelivery: Overview As of May 31, 2016, EERE’s GovDelivery account has: 251 email lists, with… 336,330 subscribers, who have… …1,698,509 email list subscriptions—or about 5 email lists per subscriber! Between May 2015 and May 2016, EERE’s email lists: Sent 1,551 emails, with an: 14.1% average open rate… 1.4% average click rate… Which resulted in 6.98 million impressions. (That’s the total number of times people click a link or open an email.)

7. 7 GovDelivery: Challenges But keeping the system running smoothly comes with a few challenges: Administrators Who Have Left EERE If someone leaves EERE, they may still have access to your GovDelivery accounts for up to 3 more months. Old and Unused Lists There are also several: Lists that have never been used “Temporary” lists that were never deleted Email lists that are no longer used. Our Default GovDelivery Template Needs Updating! The current template looks like this.

Some things we’ve discussed are: Clarifying that the emails come from EERE Clarifying what specific list the emails come from Integrating colors and styles from the new Energy.gov redesign Adding features that would make it easier for our users to interact with EERE’s emails.

10. 10 GovDelivery: How You Can Help! So, what can you do? 1.Share your ideas! What do you want to see in the new GovDelivery template? 2.Help us clean up GovDelivery! 19. 19 EERE Site Map Update Mid-year update The EERE site map serves as an inventory of all sites for which EERE is held accountable Criteria o EERE and/or DOE reviews and/or approves content o EERE funded o EERE branded Sites listed follow cyber, branding, and messaging guidelines Mid-year update includes removing 10 sites and adding four New total sites count = 138 Final pdf will be sent with meeting minutes and final presentation.
