ConnectArbiter Setup Now that your FSDirect Locations/Rooms and Trip Direct Locations are set up, click on the drop down in the Upper Right hand corner and select the option “ConnectArbiter”. (It should be second in the drop down if your account is set up for it) You will be put on your Home tab with the Data Transfer Log open, this will be the place that you can pull Errors from to see why a Facility Request or Trip Request failed on being added to your SchoolDude account. Connect Arbiter – Facility Rooms Now that your Facility Locations (Sites) have been given the “Thumbs Up” you will need to do the same for the Facility Rooms (Subsites). They will also see that the FSDirect and TripDirect options are set to Yes in the Licensed column.

Please note this is usually only the case when the account is being set up initially, most Locations/Rooms are already in use on SchoolDude and will not apply to this rule. If you map all of your Subsites to Rooms, but are still missing Rooms after the 10 minute period the school will need to get in contact with their facility director/SchoolDude admin to have the room added and given the “Thumbs Up”
