3 HISTORY HDSP Programs collaborated over 25 years. Initially funded in 2004, refunded in 2007. Current funding ends on June 30, 2010. Initial meeting of the GLRSN in February, 2005. GLRSN Meeting 2008

4 MISSION Reduce the burden of stroke and disparities within Great Lakes regional states by optimizing coordination and collaboration. Priorities: –EMS Notification and Response –Evaluation and Surveillance –Quality of Care
