3 Verified Database Candidate Search & Profiles All profiles are subject to an annual review, and therefore status has a maximum 12-month timespan. Unlimited full customised verified candidate searches Free Validated Candidate Profile Skill Pool Advisors To our knowledge, we are the only company that offers online free-to-view verified candidates where profiles have been professionally screened. Every candidates profiles is reviewed and uploaded by experienced Skill Pool Advisors with a minimum of 20-years experience in their respective technical fields, and as a minimum will have 5-years of wellsite experience. We do not use recruiters or ‘technical’ recruiters in this process. Candidate Reviews Typically involves a 4-6 hour process, where a thorough assessment of career history is performed, including a minimum of one clarification/feedback session. The process concludes with the creation of a brand new CV and a verified online profile. Candidate Rejections Our quality control procedure is rigorous, and any candidates unwilling or unable to work through the verification process with our Skill Pool Advisors will not have their CV ‘s made available for client download. At NatResPro the emphasis is on a quality verification process. Valid Certificates All valid certificates are checked by our Skill Pool Advisors prior to acceptance as ‘valid’ at the time of profile upload. We perform a candidate review on a 12-month basis, and those candidates unable to prove re-certification will have the validity of their certification removed. Specialities Our Skill Pool Advisors will determine the status of any specialties claimed, based on the evidence provided. Specialities are only considered applicable if the candidate is deemed a subject matter expert, or can demonstrate considerable recent exposure. Nationality & Residency Nationality indicates possession of a valid passport. Residency indicates either entitlement or current, but does not establish that the candidate will be issued with a ‘no objection certificate’ or equivalent in instances where their residency is tied to their current employer. Availability We provide an indication of whether the candidate is freely available, or subject to a period of notice, in addition to their level of international mobility. We cannot confirm availability on a global basis.

(1) Our candidate CV’s are built from scratch using a template designed according to current industry best practices. We don’t cut & paste from existing candidate CV’s. A process taking on average 4-6 hours, with at least one clarification session, ensures accurate candidate career histories. (2) Copy of Valid Certificates This packages includes scanned copies of valid certificates limited to offshore medical, offshore survival and well control, (where applicable). We will check that certificates match, or can be traced back to officially recognised companies or certified training centres. (3) Availability Our candidate profiles indicate availability in terms of both timespan, and international mobility. We update this information as and when our candidates offer us a change in their personal situation. As a minimum every candidate profile is updated annually. (4) Additional Candidates Assuming the initial three client-selected candidates are unable to fill the client vacancy, we offer additional candidate downloads at $ 500/candidate CV. (5) (1) All candidate profiles are actively managed by our skill pool advisors. The maximum period between candidate profile updates is 12-months. (2) Our CV’s are built from scratch using a combination of information originally presented by the candidate, plus specific clarifications obtained through feedback sessions with our Skill Pool Advisors. Where possible we use industry bodies to define technical specialities. (3) Valid certificates are considered medical, offshore survival and well control, where appropriate to the job specification. Validity is of the profile upload date, when a candidate provides and updated status, or a maximum of 12-months since upload. Where the valid certificates profile is set to none, this indicates that the candidate is either not certified, (for some job functions there is no requirement for certification) or has failed to provide NatResPro with a scanned copy of their valid certificates. (4) Availability is indicative and related to the profile upload date, when a candidate provides an updated status, or a maximum of 12-months since upload. We do not guarantee a candidate availability or suitability to any specific client position. (5) After an initial purchase of three candidate CV’s the client may elect to purchase an unlimited number of additional single CV’s. Single CV’s are not available until after an initial purchase of thee CV’s.

(1) We will obtain a minimum of two written reference checks or pre-prepared testimonials for all three candidates that we put forward. (2) (1) Our availability and status report will indicate a timespan to earliest availability plus a suitability assessment of the clients job opening. We will take into account job function, specialist skillsets, previous job mobility and soft skills. The report can be expanded depending on the level of detail provided by the client. (2) We do not accept references or testimonials from peers or subordinates, and as such we will only accept validity from a minimum of one line manager/supervisor or higher. References are taken as seen, and not subject to a follow-up discussion.

Premium service plus these additional features $ 9,500 /fill specific vacancy Elite Candidate Short Lists Technical Interviews We will provide an availability and status report on five of the best fit candidates for your vacancy, which indicates both a timespan and limit to international mobility. Based on client feedback we will then move forward with processing a final short list of three candidates. (1) (2) A technical interview will be performed with each of the final three client chosen candidates, and a short written summary will be made available for each of the interviews performed. We will rank the candidates 1-2-3 in terms of our assessment of suitability for the specific vacancy. Document Notarisation If requested, we will assist the candidate with obtaining document notarisation for key candidate documents. (1) The initial five candidates will be based on the same service as our premium package. (2) We will endeavour to obtain additional written testimonials on the three final shortlisted candidates, corresponding to the job specifics the client has provided. (3) Technical interviews will be via VOIP audio-visual and shall consist of a technical interview that assesses a candidates suitability to the actual client job opening, and according to a brief provided by the client. (4) Document Notarisation relates to documentation required in order to obtain overseas residency, or required by the client as proof of claim. Unless otherwise agreed document notarisation is limited to birth/marriage certificates and higher education degrees.

(2) Our Post-paid packages are defined as those based on a payment scheme which relates to a candidate we place, where the payment is activated after a successful candidate accepts the position.
