6. OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your company will inform us regarding the vacancies for which the candidates are required and give the complete details of candidates’ job profile and salary structure.
We will screen the Profiles of the candidates meeting your requirements and send you the same via , after which you will inform us the names of the shortlisted candidates whom we will line up for interview at your company.
The candidates shortlisted by your company will carry their resumes with our company stamp.
We will provide you the resume and details within the time frame discussed, at the time when the assignment is given to us.
Your company will give us the feedback and information regarding Selection of candidates.

7. OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS CONTINUED…..
We request your company to provide the Offer letters to the selected candidates via our company. Incase that is not possible, please provide the offer letters directly to the candidates but please give a joining date to the selected candidates only after receiving a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from us.
We charge professional fees for the completion of any level of 8.33% annual gross remuneration which is negotiable. However, please note that if your company is not willing to pay any charge, then we charge from the candidates which is negotiable.
We will maintain confidentiality in all the transactions carried out with you.
We will not directly or indirectly approach any of your employees for placement elsewhere.
The agreement with your company is strictly confidential and not to be communicated to the candidate in any form, written or verbal.
