2. Course Description This course is based around the TransMath program by Sopris West. The program has been designed to assist students who find math topics a challenge. The program starts out very basic and slowly, but steadily gets more difficult. 4. Grading Your student’s grade will be based on the number of points they receive from participation (bellwork, classwork, & homework) and mastery tasks such as quizzes and tests. Obviously a zero will hurt; so all assignments must be turned in on time. 5. Late Work Homework must be turned in on the due date; no late work will be accepted unless discussed and agreed upon by me ahead of time. If your student is absent it is THEIR responsibility to find out what they missed.
