6 New CCBHC Participants
CCBHC selection completed on 4/12/16 4 New Prospective CCBHCs: Vitality Unlimited, Elko, Nevada New Frontier, Fallon, Nevada Bridge Counseling, Las Vegas, Nevada WestCare, Henderson, Nevada

7 New CCBHC Participants
The prospective CCBHC participants are SAPTA funded providers. This means: Submission of data to state Have EHRs Certified and accustomed to oversight/monitoring Compliance with federal Block Grant assurances Accustomed to clients funded across multiple funding streams Most were previously Provider Type 14

8 CCBHC MOU Approach The State and CCBHCs will execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) MOU timeline By end of May 2016

9 CCBHCs Relationship with Designated Collaborating Organizations (DCOs)
CCBHCs may contract with DCOs, as needed, for 5 out of the 9 required services CCBHCs are responsible for fully vetting DCOs before contracting Contracts between the CCBHC and DCO must address monitoring/oversight, utilization management and payment CCBHCs are responsible for clinical and fiscal oversight of DCOs

10 CCBHC Relationship with DCOs
DCO Letters of Interest will be made available to CCBHCs upon request Grass roots effort in CCBHC community to connect with DCO(s) as needed

CCBHC I: Award of CCBHC Demonstration Program Grant CCBHC II: Contingency plan Same timeline for both models Many similarities between models

14 Key Activities After Selection of CCBHCs
Activity CCBHC I CCBHC II Execute MOU with prospective CCBHCs Outreach and focus groups Finalize community based needs assessment Finalize allowable services with stakeholder input Finalize design model for CCBHC I and II Provider cost reports Finalize budget based on number of selected CCBHCs and other factors Implementation of quality measures specifications after OMB review and approval

16 Community Based Needs Assessment
Convene key community partners and providers, as well as individuals served and family members Describe the nature of the problem, including service gaps Document the need (i.e. current prevalence rates or incidence data) for the population(s) of focus based on data

17 Community Based Needs Assessment
CCBHCs will convene focus group meetings Invitees included consumers/families and community partners Invitations were issued by CCBHCs
