1 The Collegian, Fresno State’s award-winning, student run newspaper, needs to increase downloads for their mobile app. ■More downloads will increase both readership and the amount of advertisements displayed on the app. ■The Collegian will partner with Dog Days, Fresno State’s New Student Orientation. ■Dog Days will allow the Collegian to pitch a brief presentation, and in return the Collegian will provide snacks (donuts) for the new students. ■The Collegian will create a short, informative presentation for more than 4,000 millenials that will be attending the Dog Days event. ■The Collegian advertising and editorial staff will ask the new students to download the app to stay up to date with campus news.
