We are a high performing, customer-focused, proactive, and innovative division that supports the needs of LAUSD students and their families, employees, and the community by providing appropriate and effective technological solutions, facilitating each student's path to college and career readiness. 11 Observations… ☞ Stakeholders don’t understand us – ITD needs to be demystified. Information Technology Division 11 ☞ We need to continue focusing on student learning and achievement. ☞ The LAUSD community is asking us to be more customer service oriented.

12 Observations… ☞ We don’t always behave as though we are as large as we really are. Information Technology Division 12 ☞ We are not perceived as the professional organization that we really are…often even by ourselves ☞ Many of our systems and processes are complex, however…
