7 6/3/2015 4:26:17 AM 5864_ER_HEALTH 7 OEI Services Portfolio STEP ONE: focus on key services in the OEI Portfolio –Identify and create profiles for the key services in the OEI portfolio –Gather ideas about changes that should be made to the portfolio –Use this list to start building service roadmaps for the key services APPROACH: –Identify services from the customers’ point of view, not the providers’ –There are a million different ways to slice up the services in the portfolio, it’ll never be “perfect” –Use simple yet robust language and graphics to describe the portfolio –Focus on improvements that will yield the “most bang for the buck”.
