The answers you get from the Guru’s are – “What are you interested in?” or “What are your fans interested in” That is mostly true, but if you just talk about golf or fishing, how will they ever know you are serious about business Your fans will be interested in different things. Some may like fishing, some may hate golf though

Make sure to engage back with comments, start conversations

31 Friday = Testimonials, Success Stories (proof) Testimonials are huge, especially in the social arena (social proof) Ask clients past and present to post on your wall (active users will be glad to) Ask agent partners to post on your wall after closings (offer to post on theirs as well) If no testimonials to post, tell a story of success (dos not have to be a recent success) Tell success stories about particularly tough deals Social proof is the most valuable tool to woo new clients and show partners and prospective partners proof of how you are different
