© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved What is Video Studio? ► The main goal of the Video Studio is to supply the best user experience by creating multiple streams to support the end user capabilities according to the user’s player and bandwidth. ► Video Studio enables the MediaMind user to update an existing video package (if not attached) or create a new one. ► Each video package consists of multiple video assets (different encoded files which were generated from the same source). The new Video Studio has a new UI and a new and improved encoder!

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Supported Source and Encoding Formats ► Video Studio supports the following video formats as inputs: Flash Video, Windows Media Video, Mpeg Video, AVI Video, Quicktime Video, 3GP Video. ► Video Studio encoder supports the following formats as output: F4V – Flash 9 [H264], FLV [V8 On2 VP6], FLV [V7 Sorenson], WMV & H.264 (MP4).

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Creating a Video Package ► There are three ways to create a video package: ► Add automatic package ► Add manual package ► Add multiple packages

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Creating Auto Package Creating an Automatic Package

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Creating an Automatic Package ► The Automatic package is for users who supply the source files and usually want to create a package via MediaMind encoder using a set of default presets. ► For a basic package, Video Studio generates the following video streams (unless the user specifies otherwise): ► The user can resize the video package dimensions. Container / Codecpresets Flash 9 (H.264)Low / High Flash 8 (ON2 VP6)Low / High Flash 7 (Sorenson)Low / High

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Advanced Video Settings ► The user has the ability to modify encoding settings and add additional streams. ► The user can override the Frame Rate.

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Video Stream Summary ► The video summary includes a summary of a selected video stream inside the grid and includes the following attributes: The type of file format [Mpeg4, FLV,F4V,WMV] & the associated Video Codec video compression method or algorithm that was used to code the video (H.264, On2 VP6, etc). The encoding method that was used (CBR, VBR, One Pass, Two Pass). Displays the number of frames or images that are projected or displayed per second The amount of data that is being decoded per second for the video channel The audio compression method or algorithm that was used to code the audio. (AAC, MP3, etc). The overall bit rate per seconds for both the video and the audio codecs The amount of data that is being decoded per second for the audio channel. The number of times the audio was sampled per a fixed amount of time. The number of audio channels that were used, i.e., mono (1), stereo (2), etc

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Creating a Manual Package

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Creating a Manual Package ► The user can use their own streams instead of the Video Studio encoding services and create a manual package. ► The user is able to add 1 or more files which are applicable to our packaging settings (Supported file format, file size). ► The user will be able to change the Video Name or Enable/Disable a full page preview.

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Creating Multiple Packages ► In this process, the user can create multiple packages, with the same ‘settings’, at the same time by supplying the source files. ► The user can supply a package base name (same base name for all generated packages). Base name = Prefix Package name = _. ► For any given source file [video asset] the Video Studio will generate an equivalent package using the following streams: Container / CodecEncoding Flash 9 (H.264)Low / High Flash 8 (ON2 VP6)Low / High Flash 7 (Sorenson)Low / High

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Multiple Packages - Advanced Settings Same as regular package with the following limitations: ► Settings will be applied to all packages. ► No Weight or File Name columns are available. ► Users can modify encoding settings, add additional streams or use their own streams instead of Video Studio’s encoding services.

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Modifying Existing Package ► You can only edit ‘non-attached’ packages at the moment. ► The user can select an existing package and can replace a specific file or switch the source file. ► Manual Packages - manually changes the video streams. ► Auto Package - replaces the source file and regenerates the package or adds video streams based on the existing source.

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Modify Existing Packages – Delete & Preview Delete Package ► Delete is enabled only if no ad is using this package. In any case the source asset will not be deleted. Preview Package ► The user can preview an existing package content, review all multi-streams and view their results.

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Emails After you click save, a message is displayed notifying the users that they will receive an email when the job will be completed. The email includes the status of every stream:

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Backwards Compatibility ► Video Studio will support the ability to read current system packages. ► Video Studio V2 will run in parallel to Studio V1 and will be accessible only to beta users (for those users V2 replaces V1).

© 2010 MediaMind Technologies Inc. | All rights reserved Permissions Video Studio includes two permissions: ► Access to V2 Video Studio (read only). ► Create/modify packages in V2 video studio.
