The ARN leverages 20 years of accumulated experience, tools, professional network. goodwill and technology that has been used by AEG to grow a successful Human Resource and Professional Recruiting business within the Permanent Placement and Contracting marketplace. The ARN business model provides services and enhanced capabilities to independent professional recruiters and/or sales persons within the recruiting industry. This business model eliminates the barrier to self employment while preserving its advantages. Professional recruiters and/or salespersons can focus on what they do best and leave the back office function (ie. billing), payroll, adherence to government regulation, data maintenance, insurances, etc. to the ARN.
