6.  A procedure is a way to complete a task.  To complete actions correctly, we have to follow some simple procedures, for example:  To arrive at school on time, you need to set your alarm.  To be sure you are prepared for school, you need to pack your backpack the night before class.  In order to be successful in learning, you need to follow some simple procedures.

7.  Make sure you have all necessary materials for the class.  Enter the classroom appropriately  Go directly to your seat.  Get ready for your work.

8.  Immediately start the Warm Up (W.U.) posted for that day.  When you finish, wait quietly for the next direction

9.  Read and/or listen to directions.  Ask questions.  Offer your best suggestions politely and kindly.  Maintain small-group voices while working with peers.  Respect each other and be friendly.  Use your time wisely. Put forth your best effort to finish your work on time.

10.  Check your work and the directions one more time to see if you missed anything or did something incorrectly.  If the assignment is to be turned in, do so.  READ, READ, READ.
