Fri.: PE Dates for Your Calendar: A signed consent form must be returned to your school no later than September 15th in order for your student to receive the flu vaccination. The Bryan County Health Department is partnering with our local schools again this year to offer free flu vaccinations to students. Please read the school flu letter and vaccination information statement s. Join us for Parents’ Tuesday, September 22nd! Pre-K, K, 1st, & 2nd grades: 5:00-5:30 3rd, 4th, & 5th grades: 5:30-6:00 PTSO Meeting & 2nd grade performance at 6:00 All picture orders are due on Wednesday, September 16th ! Teachers will: * Present an overview of the curriculum for the year * Discuss their behavior systems and expectations * Explain class procedures and routines * Provide and explain communication procedures and avenues * Provide information for scheduling individual conferences and meetings to discuss your child’s progress Online shopping for the MES has started! http://onlinebookfairs.scholastic.com For every book a parent donates, half of the sale price is given to the library to buy more books. White classic, Charlotte’s Web on sale for $1.00 for this month only. We will be using this book in the spring in class, and it would make the unit more meaningful if each student had their own personal copy of the book.
