4 Key Messages (Non Playing Members) What do you think is good about the Club? Heritage - Achievements over many seasons Strong Presence in the community. Well organised mini sections with dedicated coaches and organisers that you see week in week out. Friendly folk – Welcoming What is needed to improve the Club? Recruitment of Ambitious Players Increase in Playing Numbers Definitive succession planning across all aspects of the club (Playing Squad & Coaches) Improve Experience of Social Membership to increase Support & Volunteer Numbers What do you perceive as success for the Club? To remain a Premier 1, 2, or 3 standard rugby club. Return to the National League Winning and a successful first 15. Representation in every age group in the Edinburgh league system To develop a loyal playing squad that want to be part of the club from Mini’s to Youth to Senior Club. Keep the kids interested and keep the mini/junior numbers up. Players progress to representative rugby from youth levels to professional ranks. Strengthen Club’s relationship with the local community
