2 Spanish food and «tapas» Some of the most remarkable food in Spain are the «Spanish tortilla» or «paella» (the second one being particularly well- known in the South-East of Spain, in Valencia). Where I am from a very famous dish is «tapas», because they are free, if you have something to drink (you only pay for the drink).

3 Czech traditi nal cuisine C zech cuisine is influenced by other central-european countries (German, Slovakia etc..) Many of the cakes that are popular in Eastern Europe originated in the Czech lands. Czech cuisine is typical by meat dishes (Pork, Beef and Chicken are popular meats, occasionaly Goose, Duck, Rabbit and wild game are served) Fish is rare, with the occasional exception of fresh trout and carp, which is served on Christmas.

4 Czech traditional Cuisine Roast pork with dumplings and Sauerkraut is considered the most popular Czech dish. They can be prepared from scratch, from cabbage or from sauerkraut, which is most common. There are different varieties, from sour to sweet. Red or white cabbage can be used. Marinated beef sirloin - Braised beef, usually larded, with a thick sauce of carrot, parsley root, celeriac, and cream. This dish is often served with Knedlíky,chantilly, a teaspoon of cranberry compote, and a slice of lemon.

5 Typical Italian food The lasagne is a first course. It is a flat pasta served typically with cheese and sauce The Pasqualina cake is a typical ligurian course. It is composed with herbs and eggs in a thin layer of dough. The panettone is a typical dessert of Milan with cupola form made with flour, sugar, butter and eggs and knead with grapes sultanan and dice of citron candied.

6 German Food A very popular food in Germany is the bratwurst you can eat them with lots of side dishes: for example, potatoes, carrots and heritage. Very popular in Germany is the curry sausage.

7 In the north-West of the France people use lot of butter, cream and apple in the typical dishes In the south-west of The France people use goose fat,foie gras and armagnac. In the south-east of the France people cook with provencal ingredients like olive oil, herbs, garlic and tomato sauce In the north the food is made with potatoes, pork and people drink lot of beer like czech people The food of the east french people has alsatian influence so they use bacon,sausages and drink beer too

8 We can eat frog legs especially with garlic and parsley. A lot of people hate eating snail but they are consumed in big quantities in France. French don't love sweet and sour so much but we have a few recipes like roquefort and pear pie. Roquefort is a mouldy blue cheese.
