3 Sascha Smerzini WP2 – OVERALL DESCRIPTION The Aim WP2 entails all the activities that allowing AdriHealthMob project outputs, outcomes and results are made accessible to the wide public and key stakeholders. These activities will be collected and experienced through two macro-actions. 6 Sascha Smerzini WP2 – Action 2.1 The CDP is a tool useful to plan and organise the AdriHealthMob dissemination strategies. It provides guidelines to SC, JTU & PMU as for the communication and dissemination activities to carry out during project lifetime. The CDP was realised by COOSS Marche, shared with the whole partnership and approved in occasion of the KOM in Sarajevo (March 2014). July, 17 th, 2014

7 Sascha Smerzini WP2 – Action 2.2 Action 2.2 is aimed to: -contribute to the definition of project identity (through tools such as logo, graphic layout, brochures/leaflets, poster template, postcards, gadgets,…) -ensure a first level of information (marketing strategy), in order to let know about project, themes, activities, approaches. The target of the Action 2.2 is composed by all the targets groups and its implementation starts since the beginning of the project. July, 17 th, 2014

8 Sascha Smerzini ToolsDescriptionState of the artIndicators Project logo It promotes the recognition and distinction of AdriHealthMob Approved during the KOM Logo of the project defined Project website (the internal area) It is the key source for the collection and sharing of project information within the partnership Work in progress An internal area to be developed within the project website Graphic layout It ensures an homogeneous image at different level of communication Approved during the KOM Graphic layout of the project defined Brochures, leaflets, postcards, etc. Printing of paper material in several forms and contents to promote and mainstream the outputs of the project Realised (to be translated in the languages of the partners): - Postcard - Leaflet - Press Release - 25.000 leaflets, in EN and FB languages - 10,000 brochures, in EN and FB languages - 10.000 postcards, in EN and FB languages A2.2 July, 17 th, 2014

They are regular and easy-fitting 1 st Newsletter realised (to be approved and translated) - 5 half-yearly newsletters developed in EN and FB languages, posted on the project website and in the websites of the partners - 20,000 newsletters downloaded on-line - 15.000 newsletters distributed via mail - 5,000 newsletters in hard copy Banners and posters During Public events, they convey the message about the topic of the project Realised Poster for SC meeting in Ancona realised At least 50 public events promoted through posters Gadget Distributed during the public events; they represent a way to promote the project outside the official environment Realised - Small backpacks - Folder - Paper block - Shoppers - USB - Pens - Cups - Others A2.2 July, 17 th, 2014

10 Sascha Smerzini WP2 – Action 2.3 It is devoted to a wider level of Dissemination and Exploitation of project outputs and results, above all among the higher levels of target groups. It includes: - second level communication media : TV, radio, web, articles in newspaper/sector reviews - networking activities : meeting/events/conferences, from the preliminary planning meeting of the consortium, the public events and seminars and to the Final Conference - official publications : manuals, deliverables, minute of seminar/roundtables July, 17 th, 2014

12 Sascha Smerzini A2.3 Press conferences and press releases The aim is to highlight the relevance of AHM to raise public awareness and present project results to a differentiated audience Realised (to be translated in the languages of the partners): - Press Release - Press Conference in Sarajevo for IAI event and related articles in newspapers At least 2-3 Press Conferences/ Releases per country TV appearances and radio broadcasts The aim is to highlight the relevance of AHM, to raise public awareness trough different media & present project results to a common public At least 1 per country: realization of 15 TV or radio advertisements broadcast July, 17 th, 2014

13 Sascha Smerzini A2.3 Articles in newspapers and sector reviews These outputs want to make key actors, decision makers and sector stakeholders aware of the project achievements Realised 1 article in specialised press magazine (soon available) At least 3 articles published in each partner country Publications, manuals, handbooks They have a key role in disseminating the ongoing activities, out coming and best practices among the recipients and other potential beneficiaries - Handbook for capitalization of best practices (1000) - Multiannual Proposal of Investments in the Health and Care Sector in the Adriatic Area (300); - Proposal of a joint Multiannual Plan Of Transport & Health & Care Sector according to the SEETO Model Transport Multiannual plan (250) July, 17 th, 2014

15 Sascha Smerzini Open issues July, 17 th, 2014 -To translate and print postcard, leaflet, press release,…; -To approve, translate, print and spread the 1 st Newsletter; -To tune and realise posters and banners (please, share these products); -To realise gadgets such as USB, pens. cups, shoppers,…; -To upload materials on AdriHealthMob website; -To attend local, national and international events in order to promote the AdriHealthMob project; -To realise TV appearances and radio broadcasts; -To publish articles in newspapers and sector reviews; -To realise publications, manuals and handbooks; -To participate in the activity of monitoring described in the CDP (please fill in the form “Grid for reporting” – Annex 7 of the CDP - within the 15 th September 2014).
