7 Summer School Students who need to make-up courses/credits will need to attend summer school Your counselor will review your transcript and will let you know if you need to attend Summer school will be held at El Camino HS. Independent Study at Arden MS.

8 Senior Course Planner Sheet and Sample Schedule Matrix To be on track for graduation in 2016 you must have 130 or more credits If you have less you need to meet with your counselor regarding credit recovery options Must currently have 150 or more credits to request an open 1st and 6th Seniors can TA for one period

14 Course requests Planner Complete your course request planner sheet (green) Take the top copy home to review with a parent Must select two ALTERNATE courses as back-ups to your elective/choice courses Return your signed copy to the Counseling Office by March 18th Login into your Q Student Connect account and select your course requests by March 18th

15 Q- Online Course Requests Steps  1. Sign on to Q Student Connect  2. Select track to view:  Grade 12 El Camino Fundamental HS (T) 2016-2017  3. Select ‘Requests’ from menu on left  4. ‘Add/Edit Requests’ on right side  5. Click on course then ‘Add Selected Class’ button  6. After selecting all courses click on ‘Submit’  DO NOT ENTER ALTERNATES !!!

16  Finalize your Course Requests  Obtain your parent/guardian signature  Input your course requests into Q by March 18th!  Counselors will be available in the Library computer lab to assist students on:  Monday after school: March 14 th  Wednesdays before-school: March 16th  Return your Senior Couse Planner Sheet to the Counseling office by March 18th! Follow-up steps !
