LEGAL FORMALITIES A State license to operate parlour is necessary and it requires license fees differing from State to State. Formation of a corporate structure and filing of articles of the business to secure federal tax identification number through which business is registered under Federal Government for taxation purpose Appointment with State department of Cosmetology to get license of operating parlour License requirements for employees for peddling manicures, pedicures and massages Registration under Bank for getting Payment facilities Securing accounts books like Cash Registers and Membership Records

FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS OR ESTIMATE BUDGET The Total Funds required shall be both from Borrowings + Owned Budget can be drawn as following : Property Cost (Purchasing) - 8 crore Interior Set-Up Cost - 20 lakh Product Attainment - 5 lakh Initial Marketing Costs - 50 lakh Vehicle for travelling - 5 lakh Other - 10 lakh Total Capital requirement will be – 8 Crore 90 lakhs & considering the amount for contingencies/reserves it runs to almost 9 Crores Cost incurred in Salary, Maintenance will be taken up by revenues generated After few months of operation Reserves will be accounted for further planning of expansion
