2 PORK CHOP In Poland eating is very common. One of very popular potatoes with cutlet or pork chop and sauerkraut salad.

3 DUMPLING Dumpling are half circular dumplings of unleavened dough, stuffed with cheese, mashed or other forms of potato, sauerkraut, cabbage, onion, meat, fish, mushrooms, hard- boiled eggs, dry cottage cheese.

4 SAUERKRAUT STEW Sauerkraut stew is a traditional typical of Polish cuisine that many consider to be the Polish national dish. Bigos is usually eaten with rye bread and potatoes.

5 CABBAGE ROLL A cabbage roll is a dish consisting of cooked cabbage leaves wrapped around a variety of fillings. The filling is traditionally based around meat, often beef, lamb or pork and is seasoned with garlic, onion and spices.

6 ROAST BEEF Roast beef is a cut of beef which is roasted in an oven. Roast beef is often served within sandwiches and sometimes is used to make hash. In Poland roast beef is one of the meats traditionally served for Sunday Dinner.

7 POTATO PANCAKES Potato pancakes, also known as latkes or latkas, are shallow-fried pancakes of grated potato and egg, often flavored with grated onion.

8 PANCAKE A pancake is a thin, flat cake prepared from a batter and cooked on a hot griddle or frying pan. Polish pancakes have three key ingredients: plain flour, eggs, and milk.

9 APPLE PIE An apple pie is a fruit pie in which the principal filling ingredient is apples. It is sometimes served with whipped cream on top of it
