Objective: Scholars will be able to explain the causes of World War I : Military, Alliances, Assassination, Imperialism, and Nationalism. Students will create a poster and paragraph showing the main idea of one of the causes of World War I Tasks/ Agenda: 1. Complete Warm Up 2. Causes of World War I Pop Quiz 3. World War I Poster Activity Homework None

2 World War I Poster Activity Read Assigned Topic and Answer questions attached. Title of your Article at the top of Poster Choose 5 facts/important ideas from your assigned reading. Each fact should be written in a complete sentence. Create a Picture to represent each fact. Neat and colored. Write a paragraph to summarize your reading passage.

3 Warm Up #51: Nationalism is a strong feeling of support for one’s nation. The support can mean to be proud of one’s country and to want it to be the richest and most important country in the world.
