2 Formation & Charge Initiated by Provost Toll Call for nominees via Faculty Senate Appointments Team in Fall 2013 First meeting February 2014 Charge: ▫Draft a strategic plan for distance learning, to maintain and build on what we already do well, with recommendations for improvement and an eye toward the future.

7 Next Steps Gather input from FGCU community, including students, faculty, and staff Included questions in the student survey of online learning Report to Faculty Senate and input to standing teams Survey to faculty/staff Town Halls - Open Forums Review input gathered and finalize report
