Customer Orders that arrive in RLM (either via EDI or Data Entry) can be viewed using the Order Inquiry function Order Inquiry may be done in a variety of ways, using Account, Customer PO, Bates (internal control) number, Style or a combination of the above No changes may be made to Orders from the Inquiry screens. To change an order, contact the EDI and/or Data Entry department(s) In addition, Order Inquiry links to Pick Ticket/Invoice Inquiry as well as to Inventory Inquiry (by style) (Skip to Main Menu)Skip to Main Menu

3 Page 3 Glossary of Training Terms The following terms will be used throughout this training program: –Field: A line on the screen into which you enter information –Value: The information (data) being entered in the field. Example: Division number, FGPO number –Click: Also “Select.” Hitting the left mouse button once. This will place your cursor into a field –Tab: Using the tab key to advance to the next input field –Return: Moves you back one screen. Will also return a selection (F2 key) –Exit: Closes the program and returns you to the menu (F3 key)

4 Page 4 Using the RLM System These are the primary RLM icons you will use: – Search: Located next to entry fields. Clicking this icon brings up a pop-up window with a list of all possible values for the field (for example, the next to the Division field will show a list of all divisions) (Shift-F9 keys or F21 key) – Select: Located on the Search pop-up windows. You may click on a line and click Select to return its value to the main screen – OK (Submit): Located in the bottom right corner of each screen. Processes the information on screen and brings you to the next screen – Return (Back): Located at the top of each screen. Click this icon to go back one screen (F2 key) – Exit: Located at the top of each screen. Click this icon to return to the menu or close a pop-up (F3 key)

7 Page 7 Enter your company number If you don’t enter a Company or enter the wrong number, you will receive this error: Click OK Select Application Enter the application number for the menu or click the correct button in the menu at left Enter the application number for the “Salesmen Inquiry” menu or click the correct button in the menu at left

9 Page 9 Order Inquiry Options Click on a button above to jump to that inquiry selection screen. All selections eventually lead to the individual Order Inquiry. Click anywhere else on the screen to just go to the next slide Order Inquiry

17 Page 17 Sears PO Special Search In RLM, Sears PO numbers consist of the store # + the PO #. However, Sears’s Shipsmart system uses the DC # instead of the store, so our PO does not match theirs. To find a Sears order, type the last six digits of the PO into the Customer PO field (e.g. 258033) Example: Sears PO # 08780258033 (DC 8780) - RLM PO # 01001258033 (Str 1001) - RLM PO # 02453258033 (Str 2453) Note that all the POs for all the stores on the Sears order ending with those six digits will appear. Enter a store number to find a PO for a specific store Continue with summary listing of POssummary listing of POs

18 Page 18 Customer Order Summary Screen Double-click a line to select and view the Order Order If Account Number was entered without a Customer PO, a list of POs will appear. Entering a customer PO number will show only the requested PO

37 Page 37 The Order Inquiry The next slides deal with the Order Inquiry itself, which is the end result of most of the preceding selections Function keys on the left sidebar allow further inquiry to Pick Tickets, Invoices and Inventory

38 Page 38 Order Inquiry Display The basic order inquiry screen has header info and details which can be drilled into: Header: Order #s, Ship to, Bill to Header (cont): PO #s, Dates, Terms, etc. Details: Style, Color, Units, Status Double-Click a detail line to view more detailsmore details

39 Page 39 Order Inquiry Display – Multiple Stores IMPORTANT! Notice the “Number of Stores for Ctl #). This screen is only the order summary for ONE (1) store. There may be multiple stores on the order Click “Next Customer Order” (F9) to see the next store on the order To see a summary of all stores for a PO, go to “Entire PO Inquiry”Entire PO Inquiry

53 Page 53 Final Notes Order Inquiry is updated in real time, unlike the AVS tool, which is updated after the end of the day Changes made by Allocations, Data Entry or the Warehouse will affect the live data displayed in these inquiries.
