Objectives of the Challenge To prepare for IIP To identify “effective communications” in school To introduce new staff To revisit the aims of the school

The Mission Statement Mission statement   School Improvement Plan   Departmental Objectives   Departmental Improvement Planning   Individual objectives ( PM)

The Challenge Staff were put into10 groups with representatives from teaching staff, admin staff, learning support staff, ICT support staff, catering staff, evenly distributed across the groups. The Challenge was to prepare a presentation for members of a visiting Leadership team that outlined the key factors that contributed to good communication in the school.Reference to the IIP framework and how this helped were to be highlighted
