Promotion of dual protection in youth =Strategy to prevent both HIV/STI transmission and unintended pregnancy through use of condoms PLUS another method of birth control. =Challenges: Low use of contraceptive methods in adolescents Limited access to RH services No government policy on RH for Youth Insufficient communication between parents and youth about RH
