What do I need for Cross Country??  Shoes!!! Cushion Stability = Long Lasting  Wrist Watch!!! Time your workouts  Practice Clothes!!! Must be worn every day  Running Log  Eat Great!!  Go To Sleep!!

Practice Schedule  All practices before the start of the school year will be at the soccer fields in Old Settlers Park  Next Week: Monday-Thursday 7am, Friday 6am  August practice starts at 6am  Monday August 25 th 6am practice at park  6:30am Start time once school starts.  We will practice Monday September 1

Parents What we need from you for Cross Country!!  Join the Booster Club only $10  Get involved on a committee  Get your athlete to practice EARLY  Support the team and athletes in a POSITIVE way

Trainers/Injuries  All injuries needs be reported as quickly as possible to the coaching staff.  All injured athletes must attend treatment/rehab everyday  Practice is still mandatory even if you are unable to participate  Any doctor visits need a release note from the doctor  Concussions

Social Media As a member of the Cross Country Team you will be responsible for the information that you put on Facebook, Twitter, or any Social Media. Inappropriate behavior can lead to consequences on the team. Including dismissal from the team.

Uniforms and Issued Equipment All product that is Cedar Ridge High School Property must be maintained and kept in the best condition possible. Any lost, stolen, or damaged issued clothing or equipment will have to be reimbursed back to the school or booster club.

24 Hour Rule Order of Complaints

Bullying/Hazing No Bullying or Hazing will be allowed on this team. If either occur can and will lead to immediate removal from the team.
