3. Treasure report Thanks again for the members who turned in their dues The ones who still have not turned them in, try to A.S.A.P ! We have 5 shirt’s left !If your dues and paperwork is in and you did not receive a t-shirt at the last meeting.. We have 2 smalls, 2 med, and 1 large if you would like one come see me after the meeting There will be another shipment coming in soon !

6. GAME TIME The game is called WAH !! Now Rachel will explain how to play this game !

7. CAR WASH !! The car was is this Saturday – Oct. 25 from 9-2 Make sure you are on time for the shift you signed up for. Again it is on Bee Ridge and McIntosh – tires plus Bring a towel with your name on it somewhere and a canned food item. Also bring your pre-sale ticket money

8. Car Wash cont….. Wear proper attire, wear your club shirts, if you don’t have one yet wear an SHS shirt please! You may wear your bathing suit underneath your clothes! Also make sure you have a good behavior and act like your age, no running in the streets, etc. REMINDER : We are representing SHS !! **** If you go to the car wash from 9-2 you will Get 10 service hours !! ***

9. Forms and Info from kylie ! If no full applications are in, interviews, dues, etc. you CANNOT participate in the car wash. We must have parent consent and info. Also you MUST sell you pre-sale tickets !! So far only 30 people can go out of 70 ! You are not in the club and will not get service hours until EVERYTHING is completed. If you don’t sell 3 pre-sale tickets, you will get 4 hours instead of 5. If you sell the most, then you will get 6 hours. This is a super easy task for everyone and will help us get more customers and funding. Please stay committed everyone

10. After Meeting !! Help us make car wash signs after todays meeting!! Also do your interviews after the meeting. It takes no time at all!!
