Who Are Leos? Leo Club Program Alpha Leos are years old. Alpha clubs focus on the individual and social development of teens. Omega Leos are years old. Omega clubs focus on the personal and professional development of young adults.

1957 – First Leo club founded by Glenside Lions Club in Abington, Pennsylvania, USA with 35 high school boys – The Leo Club Program became an official district project and started to grow rapidly in Pennsylvania and other surrounding areas – Became an official program of Lions Clubs International.
