Goals Because WE CARE!

Complete Work On Time This means that we will stay on-task and follow along during a lesson, participating in discussions and asking questions. Then, we will keep focus while working on an assignment and ask the teacher for help when we need it. This will help us turn in completed work on time and prevent us from having to finish at a later time (during recess or another day.)

Solve and Check This means that we will SHOW our work to prove to the teacher, our parents, and ourselves HOW we got our answer. We will check each answer before finishing so that WE know we’re correct. This way, we can go back and correct problems before turning assignments in… making sure that we get a good grade!

Keep it Neat We will take the time to write neatly and form numbers correctly. We will also use proper spacing. This way we will understand our notes and can review our own work better. Also, the teacher will see my answers clearly!

Homework We will complete all homework assignments the BEST we can. Because practice makes perfect; homework (when done correctly) will make in-class assignments easier for us. Plus, I might earn extra B-Buck$ if I turn in good- quality homework regularly! Be responsible & productive during the day… maybe we’ll have less work to do at home?!?

Conduct Because we treat others the we’d like to be treated, our goal is to be respectful to ALL people at ALL times (& property.) This means that I will speak appropriately to others and will listen to others’ ideas as well. I will respect myself by always trying my BEST at school and at home. This is a Bully FREE Zone!
