Learning Theory It is an educated guess and it is describing how information is absorbed, processed, and retained during learning.

Learning Styles There is controversy about the concept of learning styles. Learning style is a way of learning and a description of a mode or process or mechanism for individual learning.

Learning Styles Learning Styles and Instructional Design Learning style can be used as a framework. It includes sensory and multiple intelligences. Instructional designers can adjust their design based on the students’ learning styles to fit the suitable teaching methods.

Motivation It is an act or process of motivating. It is a tool that can compel or encourage students to continue an action and process.

Motivation ARCS Model- Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction. motivation here and describe. Using variety of teaching style, Instructional designers apply the Keller ARCS model to provide the different way of teaching methods.

Bloom’s Taxonomy

Instructional Designers develop learning theories through the following steps. From the lowest level to highest level, Bloom’s taxonomy indicated Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate and Create.

Conclusion Students individual differences effect the way of learning. learning theory is more focus on research and it is an educational guess. Learning style is focus on the different way of learning. Motivation is compelling or encourage students to continue an action or process. And Bloom’s Taxonomy (Revised) from the basic to the most complex, such as remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate and create to help instructional designers build their target.
