Mouth encloses the tongue, gums, and teeth encloses the tongue, gums, and teeth A mouth is below your nose and above your chin. This area holds your teeth and tough, your teeth help you crunch your food in to bits so that way you would be able to swollow it and put it in your system. Your lips are to help you speak and to smile nice./

Esophagus The esophagus is a tube that transports saliva, liquids and foods from the mouth to the stomach. The esophagus is about 23 to 25cm long. The esophagus connects your neck to your stomach./

Stomach The stomach is a place were your food has been broken down from your mouth into the stomach. Your stomach digests your food and turned into fecces./

Small intestine The small intestine is a place were the final breakdown is made for the food and it enters the bloodstream./

Large intestine The large intestine is the area in the body that helps digest food that passes out of the stomach./

Liver The liver is located in the upper right of the body. The liver weighs about 3 pounds and is the largest organ in the body/

Appendix An appendix is a organ that every female human has at birth. The appendix is attached to the small intestine./

Pancreas The pancreas is apart of the digestive system and is located below the stomach./

Gall bladder The gall bladder is pear shaped organ located on the liver that stores bile./

Mucus a viscid slippery secretion that is usually rich in mucins and is produced by mucous membranes which it moistens and protects
