What is a Work Plan? Simply an expression of what you intend to do and when Why is it important? It enables you do things in an orderly manner and on time But more importantly it allows you to utilise all NCAP resources Work Plans are derived from the LogFrame

A brief (not more than half a page) summary of activities undertaken and progress achieved. A description of any bottlenecks or problems that have hampered progress during the reporting period, and proposals or suggestions for how these might be overcome in future. A description of any technical assistance used during the reporting period A table showing the realization of planned activities over time (deliverables of this progress report should be included as annexes) Detailed description of outcomes for each of the indicators A financial report that follows the budget lines agreed in the contract Revised liquidity forecast, if necessary. Report Format for 30 September 2005

Summary It is important that Work Plans are developed and updated This will help to ensure the efficient operation of NCAP And ensure you are able to access ALL NCAP funding!!!! Progress Reports are the evidence that programme is on target
