Texture

Monophonic The easiest one to recognise. Why? There is only one melody and NO harmony. The easiest one to recognise. Why? There is only one melody and NO harmony.

Homophony Here the melody and chords move more or less at the same time.

Hetrophonic In hetrophonic music there is one tune played by all the instruments BUT with variation.
