AG/RES (XXXIX-O/09) Access to Public Information: Strengthening Democracy No. 12To instruct the Special Rapporteurship for Freedom of Expression of the IACHR to continue to include in the Commission’s Annual Report a report on the situation regarding access to public information in the region.
