My diet
Name: Nikita Slon,13,from Orenburg Breakfast: Dry breads with cream and two sandwiches, a bowl of cereal
Lunch: A bowl of soup, pork with potatoes and an apple.
Dinner: Meat with salt cucumbers.
Snacks: sweets, chocolate bars, seeds.
Drinks: tea, cola, juice, lemonade.
I don`t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I like meat very much but I think it is not a balanced diet.
This isn`t good diet, meat and milk provide enough protein and you get carbohydrates from bread. You are lack of fruits and vegetables
