* I ask them to arrange the days of the week. Warm-up *I greet pupils using g gg good morning and H HH How are you ? * I elicit the correct responses. * I display a picture of the days of the week.

Presentation * I explain: Today we are going to begin a new topic. which related with our daily life. * I ask pupils what day is it today?

I write the days ( Wednesday – Monday – Friday - Saturday – Thursday - Sunday - Tuesday ) on large pieces of paper (one day on each piece). * I stick the days on the walls around the class. * I tell pupils that I am going to say the days and they have to point them.

* I get the pupils to focus on the pictures (Pupil’s Book) * In pairs, pupils make lists of all the days of the week they can see in the pictures.

Exercise Look and number * I ask pupils what they can see in the pictures. Then, pupils write the days next to each word.
