Degree of social and/or environmental impact of the project. For example : recruitment processes, production processes, raw materials selection or purchase policy, number of people impacted by the project,… 2. Expected benefits : Relevance of the proposal and response to a need expressed by environment, people, society, companies,… 3. Created value for entrepreneur / project leaders, people, society, partners,… II. INNOVATION OR RELEVANCE OF THE ADAPTATION OF AN EXISTING CONCEPT 1. Originality through approach, positioning, idea, concept, product, production process, distribution, communication,… 2. Potential of development: identification of an emerging market or important issue needed to be solved, degree of potential of development, number of people who could be impacted by the project III. CAPACITY TO LAUNCH THE PROJECT AND VIABILITY OF THE PROPOSED BUSINESS MODEL OR ACTIVITY 1. Thoroughness of the description of the project and of its concrete implementation details 2. Coherence of the strategy 3. Identification of the market target, clients or people / companies / institutions,… who would benefit from the project 4. Analysis of the environment (competition, partners, sourcing, distribution, laws, societal and economic context, anticipation of the evolutions, key factors of success, assets…) 5. If needed, identification of potential partners (associations, NGO, companies, services in a company, public services, key persons, …) 6. Credibily of the financial projections / budget : the budget is realistic and balanced 7. If needed and possible, identification of potential sources for financing (public or governmental founds, bank loan, capital, sales,…) 8.
