An important part of this is. What do your Club Members believe brings “value” to the community? …….and what does your community believes bring value to them? … not everyone in your club gets excited about the same thing. Not one community based service project feels everyone needs. What are your club members passions? How can you met these needs without over extending the club? One way is by working with other clubs facing the same problem. Areas where there are multiple clubs may have a member with a passion for a project that they do not have enough resource to perform. Does it meet the needs of someone in your club? How about a joint project? How do you find out about these type of projects? How about a social with another club and talking about different community based service projects? Success = Community Needs + A Club Members Passion
