Sport School for FH Collins If you are interested in becoming a better athlete then you should consider signing up for the new FH Collins Sport School. This school will be run out of FH Collins and will consist of regular classes for the morning or afternoon and then 2 periods of the sport school. The school will focus on 3 movement areas Olympic lifting, Gymnastics and Sprinting. These activities will boost your power and strength for any sport. There will be tutorial and presentations by experts in nutrition, psychology, injury prevention and rehabilitation etc. If you are interested in going to the Arctic Winter Games, Western Canada Games, Canada Games or even the Olympics then you should definitely consider this program. Please see Mr. Thomson for more information and an application form. For students in grade 10,11,12 You would need a letter from your coach and a letter from a teacher.
