Meals January 27 th $10 allowance for UCF food court Dinner at Gator Corner No breakfast will be provided January 28 th Breakfast at hotel Lunch at FSU Dinner at UNF January 29 th Breakfast at hotel Lunch at Stetson No dinner will be provided **Please note that at the discretion of the bus driver and chaperones, students may be allowed to purchase additional food at the rest stops. Therefore, please assure the student has additional funds for these purchases.

Accommodations 11 student rooms per hotel 4 students per room Share phone numbers with the parents of the other students in the room. 5 chaperones Ms. Calero Mr. Bruns Ms. Llanos Ms. Scott Ms. Sabatier 1 security guard (9:30 PM to 5:30 AM)

Student Expectations Students are expected to follow ALL school policies and procedures. If student breaks a major school policy, parents will be required to pick up the student at the current location. Disciplinary action will be taken upon return to school. If student gets sick, parents will be contacted to pick up the student at the current location.

Packing Students are expected to carry their own luggage. 2 luggage per student will be permitted inch rolling luggage 1- carry on (back pack or duffel bag) Pack appropriate to weather Sweater, scarves, jacket, and layers Walking shoes (warm socks) Medicine (Medical Form)
