3 Arrival at the airport  5:30AM Meet at Hollywood-Fort Lauderdale International Airport at the Jet Blue terminal at departures  ** All adults will need government issued Photo ID  ** Limited to 1 personal item and 1 carry-on (maximum dimension cannot exceed 55 inches)  ** Place the F.E.T. Group Baggage Tag on carry-on bag  ** Limited to 3 oz. of liquids placed in a zip locked quart-sized baggie placed in carry-on bag. You can pack liquids in the checked luggage.  7:50AM Depart via Jet Blue flight #1380 DCA Regan International Airport)  10:13 AM Arrive at DCA Regan International Airport.

4 Packing list Items to bring:  Underwear, sleepwear, socks, long sleeve shirts to layer under the school shirts.  3 pr. of pants or jeans  Three short sleeved DC field trip t-shirts and hoodie will be delivered prior to the trip.  Students need to bring 1 Imagine Middle School West uniform shirt to wear for the tour of the White House. (Colors to be determined)  Extra pair of sneakers  Suggestions: Rain Poncho, winter jacket, gloves and scarf  Personal toiletries (inc. deodorant)- check website for regulations on liquids  Camera or cell phone  Money for souvenirs – suggested: $50.00  Teachers need photo ID’s. Non-citizen students need their original passport (not a copy) to enter the White House.  Medication:  If your child requires medication, the medicine must be in the original prescription bottle with the child’s name listed. All medications must be placed in a Ziploc bag, labeled with the child’s name and given to the designated staff member upon arrival at school. Medical authorization form must have been completed in advance and signed by doctor.

10 Responsibility  Students will be carrying their own belongings.  All items are the student’s responsibility.  We encourage all electronics to at home.  No cyber texting  No pictures on social media (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, etc.)

12 Behavior  Follow Broward County Code of Conduct and Imagine Schools behavioral matrix.  The students should remember that they are representatives of the school. whenever they leave campus and their behavior will be observed by the public.

13 Expectations  Act like an IMAGINE student – display at all times, all traits of character education  Listen when others are talking  Follow directions the first time they are given  Keep feet, hands and objects to yourself  Keep voices down – use inside voices at all times  No running – always walk during the tours  Keep within your assigned group  NEVER leave the group
