2 Departure & Arrival Friday March 17th Load bus at 4:45pm at the high school (good idea to eat dinner before or bring something) 5:10pm at the Junction Please tell Mr. Stembridge if you plan to meet at junction Saturday March 25th & Sunday March 26th Leave from Boston to SLC on 25th 12:00 a.m. depart SLC for WJHS Arrive early Sunday 5:00 am on March 26th Get a Ride!

3 Luggage Allowed 1 suitcase & 1 carry on
Checked suitcase up to 62 linear inches, 50 lbs Carry on bag up to 45 linear inches Liquids must be in a 1 quart Ziploc and cannot be more than 3.4 oz. You will be responsible for your own luggage Each bag needs to have a luggage tag

8 Program Standards GOLDEN RULE Responsible for expenses & damages
Dress Code No pajamas or exercise clothing in public WJHS dress code Be on time! No drugs & alcohol Curfew

9 Hotel Elevator Etiquette Be courteous of other guests
Quiet late at night Keep rooms picked up, clean up before you leave Do not leave room in your pajamas You will be charged for items you take from the hotel Room List

10 Bus Courtesy Use restrooms on the bus only in an emergency Be on time!
Be kind, appreciative and courteous to our driver Clean up any garbage or other messes

11 Safety Do not carry a lot of cash Lock hotel doors & do not prop open
Stay with the group if lost call 800 number Pay Attention to directions & meeting times During free time stay in groups of at least 3 or 4, NEVER ALONE Do not leave valuables in hotel room or bus Do not lose tickets or passes
