 Mali is located on top of the Niger River.  The area’s location ’s fertile site helped Mali grow.  It’s allowed them to control trades on the river.  Mali rose to power under a leader named Sundiata.  Mali is located on top of the Niger River.  The area’s location ’s fertile site helped Mali grow.  It’s allowed them to control trades on the river.  Mali rose to power under a leader named Sundiata.
